Our Management Team

David Ironside - With over 20 years experience in the Construction markets including 9 years in Professional and Technical recruitment. David achieved a Contracts Management Level in Construction with a Hampshire based Regional Developer and Contractor (Small Works Projects to £500k) and subsequently moved to Construction Recruitment culminating in a Business Managers position for the London & South East region of a National Construction Recruiter. 

Cathrin Niehaus - Cathrin is the Company Secretary and is responsible for financial advisory, marketing and business strategy. Cathrin works in Debt Capital Markets in the Investment Banking division at HSBC Bank plc. In her role in the Debt Finance and Advisory team she has been working for clients in the construction, real estate and broader construction material industry: Barratt Developments plc, Taylor Wimpey plc, Cadogan Estates, Grosvenor Estates, Portman Estates, Lavendon plc.
